Room available for rent in 3 Bedroom Apartment in Serra Mesa (Gramercy Apartments). We are looking for someone clean and respectful, who is conscious about the current Coronavirus situation (ie. follow proper safety guidelines). I am a male 27 year old engineering undergrad senior at UCSD. The other roommate, with whom you would share a bathroom, is a UCSD engineering graduate working in the aerospace industry. Utilities and internet are usually around $70 a month. Room is unfurnished, common areas are furnished. Non cigarette smokers are preferred but we will still consider you if you seem like a good match and can keep it in on the balcony. No pets, sorry. Available starting July, if you are attending Summer school and need to move in a few days early we might be able arrange something.
