The furnished master bedroom suite is available now ($1600 all included) and the furnished west upstairs bedroom is available now ($1000 all included) with the large, furnished downstairs bedroom coming available on 9/1 ($1000 all included) Very spacious with square footage that also includes a solarium dining room (great work space), living room, decks, a Japanese tea house in the back yard with water and power (great reading nook, yoga, or study space), and the upstairs bedrooms have loft spaces for hobbies, extra space, or storage. Large kitchen with bar and breakfast nook that's fun for cooking while entertaining. Plenty of off street parking- though please note, the semi attached garage is planned for upcoming repair/renovation and is not included in the rental at this time.
