New hardwood and tile floors installed in 2013. We also installed a cut-out to open up the kitchen and main living area. Our home has a semi-open floor plan with bonus rooms to use as a study, office or playroom. The sun room is very nice and used all year long. There is outdoor amenities with the deck and fire pit as well as 2 storage facilities; one off of the carport and one in the yard to house lawn equipment and tools.
