Tenant only pays for the electricity for the fan coil. This keeps utility costs very low. **If you don't need the parking spot, I can take $100 off the monthly rent **Able to consider a lease start date between 8/15 & 9/1 **This unit is unfurnished Great setup for couples or singles I absolutely love dogs and animals and have my own pup! But unfortunately, the HOA restricts rental tenants from having their pets in the units.
