There is a large balcony, large closet, and heat/cooling system. No in unit laundry, but there is a shared washer and dryer right next to the unit. The building has a pool, sauna, and small gym. No pets as required by the HOA. My HOA does not allow renters to have pets. Includes water and gas. Includes water and gas. Minimum of 6 months. This is required by the HOA. Length above 6 months is negotiable.
