I need to meet the dog before the application is completed. No pets under 1 year old. Tenant takes on bill for electric and cable for the house. Landlord divides the water-sewer-garbage bill between the two houses. There is a meter in the crawl space of the new house to read off the water usage. I'll show you where this is. If you send me a photo of the water usage monthly, then I'll deduct the portion that the new house has used. Otherwise, the WSG bill will be split 50/50.
