Filtered water installed in your kitchen!! Owners are willing to share the oven in our private kitchen if matched tenant(s) would prefer from time to time. Plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans and cutlery, napkins, etc.. provided. Entrance to and from your space is through the living space of the owners. **Owners built this basement during the pandemic and we are still finishing the very last cosmetic punch-list items. Can be available and ready by April 1. Any sooner is negotiable. You will be sharing this amazing space with a couple with 2 young children who live on the 1st and 2nd floors. We maintain a lively environment during the day , however wind down for kids bedtime around 8pm, and strictly observe social distancing guidelines. We are also both Covid-vaccinated (1st shots). Ideally, we are looking for a match in terms of harmony and level of safety during these times. Someone who is clean, considerate and respectful. 1 person or a couple welcome or a single parent with child.
