Tradition is conveniently located 7 miles straight north of downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena; and is only minutes from Saylorville Lake and other recreational venues. This apartment is within walking distance of Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). I have 2 other roommates but if you want only one room it's $390 a month, we would prefer you take up all of the lease. We are looking for a sub leaser by April. The lease is up in August. You may renew the lease with Traditions after that. There is also utility cost that adds up to $100 per person if there are three of you. Utilities include internet, tv, water and electric.
