Cozy Catskills retreat for an individual or a couple. 15 mins from Hunter and 25 mins from Belleayre Mtn. Utilities included. No pets. Rent includes all utilities and a parking space or 2 if needed. Partly furnished. Month to month with 30 days notice. Rent due 1st of month. The space does not have a kitchen so tenant would need to set up a kitchen with a safe convection oven and be willing to be creative and adaptable around this. There is a microwave and a mini fridge available for tenant's use. For this reason, this is potentially a better space for weekend use only. The space is attached to our home, and we have a large family. There will be people walking up and down the steps which are adjacent to the room as is our washer and dryer which are used frequently. 2 medium sized dogs reside on the property and will need some time to get used to the new arrangement. They will bark when someone pulls in to the driveway. Smoking in the room is not allowed. The exterior of the house is being painted and this project will continue in the spring. For now, the exterior paint on the side of this rental will look shabby as it has been scraped but not yet painted. However, it is structurally sound. Snow removal to the entrance may fall to tenant if they are present at the time of the snow fall. Everyone digs out their own car. Lawn mowing is done by home owner. Tenant is welcome to make use of the outdoor areas for recreation including fire pit and shared hiking trails. Skiers: 15 minutes from Hunter, 25 minutes from Bellayre.
