Most of these pictures show what the house looked like when it was originally sold and then a few pictures of the place before I bought it - when it was empty. I have painted almost all of the walls and have done some minor upgrading since then. I replaced the A/C unit last year and just re-covered/painted the deck in the winter. All appliances are included, which consists of stainless steel kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer.
