Prior evictions, unpaid landlord debt, false or incomplete application information, inability to verify income, or significant negative credit history may result in denial. Security deposit, first month's rent, and signed lease agreement required prior to move-in. Renter's insurance may be required before occupancy. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. Additional pet terms, restrictions, or deposits may apply. Tenant is responsible for establishing and maintaining all required utility accounts before move-in, including electricity, gas, water, internet/cable (if applicable), and trash service through WM (Waste Management) unless otherwise specified in the lease agreement.
