Nice unit on the backside of the complex. Cool breezes blow through the front door. Front yard is shady in the afternoon for sitting out and enjoying the end of a day or having the kids play. Low maintanece yard allows you more time to spend at the beach instead of cutting grass. This is a short sale but we have closed over 185 short sales. WE get short sales done!
