It is a beautiful house with a well-taken care of garden which delights with blooms in all seasons. The neighborhood is unique and it feels like a country in the city. It is very quiet and green, with very little local traffic. However, one can walk to all amenities, and to various public transportation - buses and subway. The apartment is a Philadelphia style, i.e. it has two levels, so one of the bedrooms is on the second floor.
