This house needs alot of work done. We no longer have a heat pump or central air. It needs a new unit installed. The panel siding is all rotting and needs to be replaced. Since the house was built in 1993 we have had alot of trouble with the plumbing , the electrical and who ever built this house back in 1993 must have used the least expensive materials possible. We need to put quite a bit of money into this house and the driveway and landscaping to even bring it close to this estimation of worth.s The price that you are estimating my home as of now us way off and needs to be adjusted accordingly.
