    Upscale, new construction, one bedroom Creekside Carriage house located 9 miles from Boulder in beautiful Jamestown, Colorado. Jamestown is surrounded by Roosevelt National Forest which provides plenty of trails for hiking, biking, skiing etc. The apartment has cathedral ceilings in all rooms and an amazing view of Porphry Mountain. The private backyard is situated right on James Creek. This 850 square foot upstairs apartment has a covered porch overlooking the creek and includes off street parking, and one private 225 square foot garage bay. The building's downstairs is owner's storage. This apartment is the only rental in the building. Owners live next door in Main house. Jamestown is home to the Mercantile Cafe which has live music 2 nights a week. Newer appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer, range, refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom has a tub/shower. Living room/kitchen and bedroom have ceiling fans. Electric is covered up to $60 a month, water, household trash, and compost included in rent. Propane, phone, cable and Internet are not included.Recycling is provided in Jamestown on the second Saturday of each month. Exercise room is available to town residents in the upstairs of the Fire Department in town for $25 a year. First month and $2200 security deposit required at lease signing. One year lease. Non smoking, no growers. No chemical laundry detergents to be used in appliances, essential oil detergents are OK. A well behaved dog would be welcome on a case by case basis with a $500 pet fee upon move in. The pet fee is not a pet damage deposit. Absolutely No Cats ! 20 minutes to Boulder, 40 minutes to Nederland/ Eldora. I prefer prospective renters to complete the Zillow application and credit check before a showing is scheduled. I would also be willing to have a brief phone conversation in lieu of the application. Apartment is available May 1st, but I would consider a May 15th or June 1st move in.
