Situated in the gated community of Emerald Waters Village, this spacious two-story home provides parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. The inviting front porch leads to a fun entry space featuring a pool table and bistro table, flowing into the formal dining area with seating for 8. The open living room offers a comfortable gathering space with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, accent chair, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A second refrigerator is located in the garage. Quick bites can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or kitchen nook (seats 4). The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen. A half bathroom is located between the kitchen and living room. Enjoy a FREE six-passenger golf cart for effortless trips to the beach or nearby attractions. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets.
