And off street parking. - No firearms are allowed in our houses. - No smoking in the house please! A guest who leaves the house smelling like smoke will be charged the security deposit ($300), plus the additional cost of fumigating the house, plus any additional cost of all future bookings that get canceled as a result of the smoke smell. - No parties in our houses please! A guest who tries to throw a party in the house will be charged the security deposit ($300), plus the cost of a deep clean to the house, plus the additional cost of any damage to the house, plus any additional cost of all future bookings that get canceled as a result of the damage. - Our pet friendly policy only accepts dogs, and not any other pets, for allergy and maintenance reasons.
