Screened-in patio, please no smoking inside as it can stain the walls and leave a smell, but smoking on patio is okay. Pets are allowed but please consider the destructiveness of certain animals -- renter responsible for damage/pets marking territory on wall, etc. Good central air, renter also responsible for replacing air filter every couple of months. Renter pays utilities.
