    910 Charlton Blvd. White Lake, MI 48383 -Located on the hill at the corner of Charlton and M-59, between White lake Kroger and Kohl's. Across from White lake Township offices, Police station and Badley Park. Walking distance to all as well as the "best Gyro sandwich in Oakland County, Graceland Party Store", the Fire Dept. and an emergency response service. -It is part of the Brendel Heights subdivision and has access to Brendel lake via a boat launch and separate beach area. The dues required for that privilege are $75/year, they are gated areas. -Pets, always a tough point here. I love my dog and could never leave him behind. They are negotiable depending upon the pet, size, age, etc. M59 is a busy road and the yard fence is in such shape that it cannot be trusted to keep a fast-moving pet contained. Also, some pets do considerable damage to the woodwork and the carpets. Any pet would require additional security deposits. -Two bedrooms, front entry and dining room, small kitchen, full bath and a half bath plus living room on the main floor. Finished basement with laundry room, half bath, large bedroom, storage, and utility rooms. Living room has a nice ledgestone fireplace but it is unfortunately, not serviceable. Nice size ground deck off the lower level entrance. -It is an older home with well and septic, as such, I would like to keep the number of occupants limited to 2 maybe 3. Forced air gas heating and has no air conditioning at this time. There is no garage and some of the exterior needs painting and repairs which may or may not get done this year. It will, as soon as I can budget it. -Renters would be responsible for electric and gas utilities, yard mowing and maintenance, keeping gutters clear, snow removal and being a good custodian to the house and property. -The appliances there are as a courtesy and repair or replacement is not guaranteed in the rent. They include refrigerator, gas stove/oven, washer and dryer. Tenant pays utilities and is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Home has a well, no water bills! Trash pick up is paid by owner via property taxes. No split tenant leases. Interior pictures will be added soon.
