Very quiet area, with a COTA bus stop right at the parking lot. It's also on the Royal Pet Resort's pick-up/drop-off route. Community amenities include covered bike racks; a dog park and waste stations; valet trash service at your door from Sunday-Thursday nights; a clubhouse with a pool, grills, mini theater, lounge area, and more. Rent is $1,320/month: $1,290 plus $10 property administration fee and $20 for valet trash service. Pets are an additional $30/month per pet. Tenant pays electric and cable/internet (which you will want: cellular service is not great here, so I use wi-fi calling exclusively). One-time and annual fees include a $500 lease transfer administration fee (I can cover/split this), a $40 application fee, a $200 nonrefundable pet fee, an annual $50 clubhouse activity fee, and an $850 refundable security deposit (negotiable). No smoking. Dogs (w/ breed restrictions), cats, and small caged animals welcome. Tenant pays electric and cable/internet.
