The property has a large front porch with a porch swing, a big yard with fruit trees, flowers, and a large raised bed in the backyard. Yard care is included in the rent. Great space for 2 roommates, individual or couple, or a family. The house is currently furnished for an individual or couple as a 1 BR with 2nd BR as an office. Alternately, for a family we have bunkbeds that we could set up. Tenant can also bring bedroom furniture for 2nd bedroom, or we can furnish the 2nd BR with a bed and desk (rent would increase to $2250). There is a Steinway piano in the living room.
