Through course of my ownership the Northwest Council of Governments Weatherization Dept. has inspected trailer twice. It has no asbestos or faulty wiring. Weatherization people sprayed a paper-based insulation in all of the walls and insulated the skirting. New Refrigerator. No appliances convey. The furnace motor on the original Coleman was replaced in January and has central duct work that needs cleaned. No leaks, however some floor water damage near back door. Floors are plywood with some original linoleum. A 5000 WT window unit cools whole place nicely. Trailer Park management/ownership has put this in place: "any potential buyers need to be pre-screened in advance of any sale. They will need to contact the park manager by calling 719-539-2663. They will need to fill out the screening paperwork and pay a $60 background check fee. They will also need to meet the park manager in person. If they pass, then the sale may proceed."
