The Location Our house is perfectly situated in a great neighborhood where folks stop to talk on the street and walking/biking is the norm. The apartment is located one block from West Main Street a 15 minute walk to the Downtown Mall and a 5 minute walk to UVA and the Corner. Extremely convenient to the train and bus stations and UVA hospital. Wide variety of dining and pick-up food available in the immediate and mile radius. Parking There is on-street parking available in the vicinity but the house comes without dedicated parking. Adjacent off-street parking is available w/ an additional discounted monthly fee. Please inquire with your parking needs and we should be able to make something work. Pets We love animals and understand that you want to bring yours with you but are also aware of the impact that animals have on a house. This is a small apartment which probably doesn't work well for most pets. In the event that we do allow a dog/cat the pet fee will be $35 per month. Owner pays utilities; water, sewer and electric, the tenant pays a $100 utility fee which is not included in rent. High Speed internet is free throughout the property!
