The home is sold as a three unit triplex and is actually a two bedroom house in distress it was a massive mortgage fraud and no one is addressing it The retaining wall at front and back of the house are damaged and have been since I purchased the property part of the clean out lines are either collapse or fake The current square footage is misleading due to heating this was an issue in part of the fraud investigation that I’m continuing to ask for that one property that the realtor sold belonging to the family she drastically undervalued the finished square footage it was actually heated On the other sheet over estimated the finish square footage it was not actually he did it did not have a built-in heat source It’s important to understand that you can’t even flush some of the toilets because the airlock gets so bad it causes the plumbing to back up on multiple floors this was apparently reported by tenants they were renting here illegally because of the condition of the property but it was never reported to me one of the tenants had said that they threatened her not to talk to me
