Our units are completely redone and beautiful. We have cameras onsite for safety of tenants and onsite maintenance til 5pm and then someone on call . Our apts are close to everything in Ada and very quiet and relaxing. Tenant is responsible for water and Sewer. Owner pays for trash removal .We do a one year lease , the application fee of 59.00 for a single or 89.00 with a cosigner is due when application is put in and this covers the background and credit check. When you are approved the terms are first month last month and deposit are due upon move in the electric has to be put in tenants name and the water bill is split for whatever building you live in. We do allow pets but there is a nonrefundable deposit for them and a monthly rent added for them as well.
