There is a guest bathroom right across the hall which is only ever used by guests (not very often) but will be yours. I do have 2 indoor/ outdoor cats. They are SUPER friendly and mainly outdoors. There is a big gated backyard, 2 patio areas in the back, 1 patio area in the front. There is an open covered spot in the driveway. Washer/dryer is in the garage and available for use whenever. I don't do drugs or drink alcohol but I don't mind being around it if maintained. I'm 23 and I live at the property.
