Designated on site parking. Tenant must have excellent credit--meaning you always pay ALL of your bills on time and pass a police background check with nothing on it. Also evidence that you can afford the monthly payment--gross income that's generally 2 1/2 times the rent--though I can be a little flexible on that point.
