House is on a well so renters are expected to handle maintenance & maintenance cost on the well. All filters & parts (for the well) are new or within a few months of being replaced. There will be a pet deposit which can be discussed at time of showing the house. The house is no smoking inside the home, so please if you smoke do so outside! There is an application fee of $40 (which has to be paid at time of showing), so only serious inquiries please.
