Each upper bedroom features a dresser and hanging closet, a ceiling fan, and a/c unit. Security deposit $1500; propane deposit $250 and propane tank percentage will be read upon move in. For lease of 6mo or less electric, water and wi-fi included in the rent and landlord and tenant to share cost of propane usage each pay 50% during period of stay. Perfect home for short term contract work or while you are searching for or building your new home. Must vacate by April 30, 2018. If you would prefer a long term 1yr lease; tenant to pay 50% propane, electric and wi-fi costs house can be furnished or unfurnished or partially furnished.
