This is a short term rental and the dates I need covered are March through October (eight months,) however I am flexible on either end if you need to get in earlier and/or stay a bit longer. Rent is $1898/mo and includes off-street parking and all utilities except electric (typically around $25/mo.) This is the actual rent I am paying on my lease, no markup. The unit is a 950 sq ft loft, with concrete floors, high ceilings, glass double doors on to a balcony, a skylight, and plenty of windows. Great neighbors, in a creative community, and in a very cool neighborhood -- easy access to 6th Ave and I-25, lots of breweries within a few blocks, as well as all the fun stuff in Baker and Capitol Hill. Plus you have the First Friday Art Walks right outside your front door every month. I LOVE being here and it is easily my favorite place I've lived since that Victorian I rented in Nashville back in 2002. I can leave it partly furnished, fully furnished, or unfurnished -- all negotiable. You must be able to pass a credit check as well as the application with the building management company, provide security deposits and first month's rent, yadda yadda yadda.
