This is 2 private rooms and a private bathroom in our home. Entry is through the main front door. the private rooms are in the lower level. The kitchen is on the main level and so is a pool table (which is available for use). The kitchen has a private fridge and a set of upper and lower cabinets on the wall which is solely for tenant use. We share the main appliances. The shared dining and family room is up half a flight of stairs from this level. To get to your private space you go down a flight of stairs and through the hallway. There is a laundry room off the hallway and the private bath is through the laundry room. At the end of the hallway are the 2 rooms. One (at the back of the house, south-facing) is set up as a bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, night stand. This room has a closet with rods and a small set of shelves in the closet. The second room (at the front of the house, north-facing) also has a closet and is set up as a private sitting room with small sofa, coffee table, and desk. The backyard is also available for your use. There is a picnic table with chairs, chiminea, lawn, firepit, pond, flower and vegetable gardens, pathways and nice places to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. We also have a 4 ft deep pool surrounded by a deck which is open in the summer. My husband and I are empty nesters with 5 grown sons who all live in the area. We like to cook good vegan food, go camping, watch movies and I like to garden. We have a lovely yard with a pond, a shallow (summer only) pool, lawn area, deck, and its so lovely to go sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. Even in the winter! Rent includes all utilities, wifi, broadband. There is an additional rent for a 2nd person. We request a 6 month to 1 year lease. No smoking, no drugs. No pets as we have a dog that doesn't like most other pets. Street parking directly in front of the house.
