There are fireplaces in both the living room and the master bedroom. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Downstairs living room includes a ping pong table and a pool table. There is also a kitchenette downstairs. Washer/dryer. WIFI. Charcoal BBQ. This property does not have air conditioning. Please note the outdoor hot tub that may be pictured is no longer present, the whirlpool tub in the master bath is still there. Unit available 02/05/2027 for 1-12 months leases - with the option to extend as long as tenancy has gone well & the unit is still available. Fully furnished and equipped vacation rental by the month. Includes utilities (capped) and Wi-Fi. Off season rate $6000/mo. Peak rate (June, July, August) $7500/mo. Rental rate negotiable for stays 6mo or longer. Security deposit for 1 month is $1500 and increases by $500 for each additional month, maxing out at 1 month's rent. Application required for all intended occupants age 18+. Credit & Background to be processed by Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and $350 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit (you only take out your trash/recycle and do all your dishes & we do the rest). Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged. Showings are not possible while the property is occupied.
