Excellent location. Seems very secluded with the natural landscaping including palmettos and live oaks making if feel like old Florida. Building 14 is on the north side of the complex so follow the road into the complex around to the right. Building 14 will be off to the left about 3/4 way around the circle. Use the right sidewalk to access unit 1419 as it is in the back of the building facing a preserve/natural area. The pool and club house is located on the south side of the entrance just after you have driven into the complex. This unit has a tenant that has a lease valid until 4/20/2020 although he may be able to leave in Feb if some personal things work out by then.
