We loved this home and we are sad to be moving for work. It is solidly built, with two wings- one wing for the master bedroom and large master bath suite, and the other wing has two bedrooms with a second full bath in between. The center of the home holds the kitchen, dining area, entryway and living room. The kitchen branches off of the dining area, which in turn flows around a wood built in shelving into the living room. This makes the kitchen its own peaceful space while allowing for easy access to the rest of the house. Off of the living room is what we have called “the breezeway,” an enclosed room connecting to the large covered patio outside. The yard is large for Lubbock, since it’s a corner lot. There’s a large Tuff Shed and the whole yard is surrounded by a sturdy 8ft fence. It has a large turnaround driveway. The water heater is new, there’s a water softener and RO system. The windows have all been replaced except for 2 in the master bedroom which are still good. The house also has solar panels which produce more electricity in a year than we use in a year. We will be adding more photos as we are able.
