Really nice ranch home. The owner did a great job of caring for the home and lawn. A bay window was added to the living room to made a great feature and allow even more light. It is such a nice size and has wood flooring. There are currently two bedrooms but the dining room could have a door and closet added to make that 3rd bedroom. The kitchen is eat in and all the appliances stay including the washer and dryer.It was repainted including the ceilings. The full basement is unfinished but would be a great space to add a family room. It even had the roof replaced a few years ago and was professionally water proofed in 1994.
