The master bath has separate shower and tub, separate sink and vanity for him and her, small toilet closet, and large closet with some built in shelving. The other two upstairs bedrooms are large with a ceiling fan and large, walk in closets. The closet in the kids' room has two dressers in it! The second bathroom has two sinks and a storage closet. The upstairs family room has tons of built in storage, shelves, and a desk. It also has a ceiling fan and dimmer. It sits on a very neighborly cul-de-sac with lots of young couples and families who plan annual street parties and events. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is convenient to 290 and the Beltway and close to 45, 610, and 10. It has a playground and community pool. There is a large pool as well as a shaded baby pool. The house sits on a cul-de-sac on a back, quiet street. Our particular street is very neighborly with families and couples of various ages who play outside in the evenings, have spontaneous Cul-de-sac Cook-Outs, and plans annual street parties.
