This land has electric, and gas going to it. It has a septic and well but would probable need to have new ones put in because I have no idea where they are. The land use to have a trailer house on it but it was sold probably 15 years ago. As far as I know, this road is the only road with natural gas. Land is near the cul-de-sac. About 10 minutes from the turnpike east or west and approximately 35 minutes from Oklahoma City. The area is pretty quite.
