This cute little house has been recently completely redone and is very energy efficient. It has an open plan for a spacious feel in such a small house. The house is only 550 square feet, it is really small. Perfect for a single person or maybe a couple but would not work for more then two people. I emphasize this as I have had families of four and roommate situations inquiring about the house. Really, it won't work for you if your are more then a couple that shares a bed. The yard is large and fully fenced. The house is set far back off the street which helps with noise and privacy. Also, this has, and always will be a no smoking house. If you smoke I won't rent to you, sorry. I'd like to find someone that's looking for a home, not a crash pad. Make this place yours to love and cherish. This time of year you get great sunsets, sit out on the front deck and enjoy them. I'd love to see someone in there that enjoys gardening. The yard is very sunny and ripe with possibilities. Please, no pets. Tenant pays all utilities
