The bedrooms and living rooms are easy to clean hardwood floors and the bathroom and kitchen have laminate flooring. The three bedrooms feature new windows and ceiling fans with built in lighting. The kitchen will soon be receiving new windows and a new counter top (not yet pictured). The unit is available for up to 5 quiet, respectable, and considerate tenants who will be good neighbors. An ideal tenant would have a stable, verifiable income history of at least $3,000 a month and no evictions or money judgments in the past 5 years. Part of the rental agreement is shared lawn mowing and snow removal. A good working lawn mower, snow blower, and shovels are provided with the rental. No smoking is allowed in the unit. The lease term is 12 months with an ongoing month-to-month thereafter.
