It's got a comfortable bedroom with plush bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful walk-in shower, and a cozy living area everything you need to come home and decompress after a day in the mountains. You'll have access to shared laundry, and one of my favorite perks I added is a two-person infrared sauna in the shared space. It's amazing after a long hike or ski day. Honestly, I originally built it out as a short-term rental, but the county put the brakes on that, so now I'm looking for a good mid-term tenant. I'm thinking something in the range of 3 9 months, and I should mention that I may be coming back to spend a bit of time in Leadville myself in late winter/early spring, so some flexibility around timing works in everyone's favor. Location-wise, you're in the heart of it all, Mt. Elbert and other 14ers right out your door, Ski Cooper just down the road, Turquoise Lake nearby, and all the history and character of Leadville's Victorian streets. 310 days of sunshine doesn't hurt either. It's a great fit for a solo person or a couple who wants to be outdoors as much as possible.
