This home is very special to us, and we've thoughtfully designed it to be a peaceful countryside retreat. We hope you'll treasure your time in the expansive, 1-acre yard and relax, unwind, and enjoy it as much as we have. Home is on an expansive, private acre, tucked off the road. It's all fenced, except for the front entry at the driveway. Feels like you are in a secluded forest, yet close to all of Payson's wonderful restaurants, stores and the entire Rim. ~Fully furnished and outfitted! All you need is your toothbrush. ~Kitchen is completely stocked with dinnerware, cookware, utensils, etc. ~BBQ is located off the kitchen, on its own deck. ~Comfortable living room has a large screen TV and many sitting options to arrange for your comfort. ~Master with full ensuite is downstairs, featuring a King bed. ~Upstairs is a bedroom with queen bed and access to a small balcony that leads down to the yard. Own door to the bathroom with shower and another doorway in hall, for the bunk room occupant's access. ~Powder room off the Living Room area. ~Laundry with Washer & Dryer is off the back of the kitchen, as well as a mudroom. Large driveway to easily park and turn around. Expansive yard offers kids the chance to run and play all day. Watch elk and other forest critters pass through your yard regularly. For 6-month rentals, we will pay the utilities up to a certain amount. Can discuss for longer lease. Available for viewing any day from 10am to 5pm. Utilities are included! 6 months to 1 year lease. Fully furnished and outfitted with all kitchenware, linens/towels, etc. No smoking is allowed in home, nor on premises. Up to 2 small (under 20lbs) dogs are allowed. Driveway can accommodate 3 to 4 cars.
