    Sun May 17 UPDATE Showings are closed and we have multiple apps on this property. Will be making a final decision by Wednesday. No more inquiries at this time. This amazing, almost brand new house is priced well below market value because it is located next to Lazarus Brewing Co off Airport blvd, and owned by the brewery's parent company. It has a big backyard that needs to be accessed by the brewery at times via a gate between the two properties. This gate remains locked at all times, and there will be dedicated hours that the brewery can access the yard in order to store things like heating lamps and old tables outside and in a shipping container. We can also make an arrangement to put up a chain link fence that cuts the yard in half and provides more privacy. There will also be a carport erected next to the garage where a small boat will be stored.
