I have received lot of interest so there is a bit of a wait list at the moment -- I'll remove this later on if I cannot find someone 600 sf condo close to Greenlake. Good for 1 person or a couple that is okay living in a smaller space (2 previous tenants have been couples). 1 off street parking spot included, WSG included, electricity is cheap, and public wi-fi is decent. Washer/dryer on lower floor in building. Small pets okay (dog must be small, otherwise not allowed in the building). I may put in new vinyl floors so move in date might be first week of September. I have some furniture in there now -- I can remove some/all if needed. 1yr lease. Last month's rent due at signing. I am currently out of town viewing available first week of August.
