: Well maintained all brick home in town. This house was lovingly cared for. New gas CH/A in 2008; New refrigerator 2009; New Range 2010; New Water Heater 2011; Roof is fairly new,too, but we can't remember when it was done. Windows were also replaced and have a limited lifetime warranty. Move on in and don't worry. Beautiful landscaped gardens. Very nice outbuilding for extra storage. Washer and Dryer remain with the house. This is a very good deal. Fresh interior paint
