She is a good 100 years old and still has much of her original charm. 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath (sort of, the toilet is in one room and the sink and bath are in another). We are hoping to find someone that will enjoy her charm one last time. This area is going to be cleared for new building one of these days in the not so distant future.
