Mostly all updated on interior. new kitchen with maple and granite, nice applainces. All new travertine in main living area, which is all wide open and bright. Average carpet in bedrooms, bathrooms partialy updated. Yard is large but needs care. Some young palms, has a lot of potential for landscaping. Heated pool in ok condition, will need resurface in future but is functional and not too ugly. Great home for entertaining!!! Zillow is pretty close on value even in tis crappy, crappy market. I am desperate due to financial problems. Priced at bottom line for me. Call me if interested.
