This house/room is centrally located only minutes from Louisville and also close to amazon. The room has a lot of natural light, hardwood floors and newer paint. This room has access to the hallway bathroom. Future tenant is welcome to use common areas such as the living room, dining room, laundry room and the kitchen. I (the owner a female) live in the house. This is a pet free home, and is non-smoking of any kind. I am friendly, clean and respectful of others space. I am looking for someone who likes to live in a clean environment, can pay their rent on time, is respectful of others and overall easy going (preferably a female).
