A set of linens for each bathroom, and bedroom will be provided for your use, including quilts, shams, throw pillows, and bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. Basically, all you have to do is unlock the door, make yourself at home, and provide your own groceries, and personal items. Everything else is taken care of for you. All utilities are included: electric, water, garbage pickup, internet, and bi-weekly house cleaning, and lawn maintenance. Landlord pays for garbage pickup, electric, water, and internet service.
