The living room has a chimney that is piped for a wood burning stove. In the picture the stovepipe comes out behind the TV. The den/game room measures 14x27. Is the size of an efficiency apartment and has been used as such by more than one of our children over the years. The home is on a well . I have never had issues with having enough water. In fact have filled the 17000 gallon pool a half dozen times over the years and it has never affected it. We have used this water to drink, cook and in our ice makers. It tastes great and we have never had concerns. You will be able to enjoy the huge deck and 30ft above ground pool on these hot summer days and evenings. Pool liner was installed new in June of ‘23. The Deck was refinished with Behr Deckover in May of ‘23. We have had huge 4th of July celebrations here with friends and family and being in the pool watching the fireworks is amazing! After the pool, build a fire in the fire pit, let the kids cook hot dogs and s’mores and watch the stars come out. There is only one house you can see from this property and it is some distance away so lots of privacy. The shop building is 30x24 and has a 14x8 overhead in front and a smaller roll top in the rear for plenty of airflow even when it’s hot. The buildings power is fed by 220 so you can run a welder or anything else you might have with the right circuit. It currently has 110 and a single 120 just for my small wire welder. A three bay implement shed next to the shop provides plenty of parking for those springtime storms. No hail damage here! A smaller building with a lean to and a dog kennel and another she shed with a. Loft. Lots of storage!
