LEASE TERMS The following is required for rental apartment: A refundable $550.00 security deposit is required to move in. A first and last month payment totaling $3,000.00 A monthly on-time rental payment of $1,500.00 on the first of each month. Tenant shall maintain the property in a clean and habitable condition and notify the Landlord of any necessary repairs.
